15º CURSO DE ATUALIZAÇÃO EM BIOSSEGURANÇA HOSPITALAR
O Instituto Fernandes Figueira, promoverá nos dias 11, 13, 15 e 18 de julho de 2011, no horário de 9h às 18h, o 15º Curso de Atualização em Biossegurança Hospitalar, no Anfiteatro A do Instituto Fernandes Figueira.
Serão fornecidos certificados com freqüência mínima de 75%.
Carga horária total: 36 horas.
Requisitos para inscrição/matrícula, a partir de 23 de maio:

Ter nível superior completo;
Apresentação da comprovação, certificado, de término do curso superior;
Pagamento da Taxa no valor de R$100,00 (cem reais), em favor do Centro de Estudos Olinto de Oliveira.
Observações importantes:
Não serão aceitas inscrições, por e-mail, fax ou telefone. As inscrições poderão ser realizadas por terceiros, desde que o procurador, tenha todos os dados e a documentação exigida para matricula.
Para o recebimento do certificado será necessária a presença de 80% no curso. Ou seja, 3 dias de freqüência, assinando as 2 freqüências diárias;
